Service. Justice. Inclusion

A 12-year-old girl was subjected to sexual assault by her 35-year-old neighbour at her residence in Okhla Phase-II on May 14, 2026.
Following the attack, the child ran to Rajkumar ji, the founder of an educational centre that she attends.
Rajkumar ji, who has been paralysed from the waist down and faces severe mobility challenges, immediately contacted the Delhi Police. He remained at the police station until 2 am to ensure the accused, Mohd Parvez, was booked and arrested.
Swati Goel Sharma, founder of the Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation, visited the centre on May 30, 2026, and met Rajkumar ji.
Nearly 100 children from underprivileged families attend it and receive education, meals, mentorship, and a structured daily environment, entirely free of charge.
The Foundation, while extending direct financial assistance to the survivor’s family, has also committed to monthly financial support for Rajkumar ji’s centre.
Rajkumar ji manages the centre despite his severe physical limitations. It has functioned as a consistent, safe space for children from migrant and low-income households in the neighbourhood.
We will continue to stand by the survivor’s family and sustain its monthly support to the centre.
