A: Please check the spam folder of your email if the receipt is not in inbox. Please mail us the transaction details on sewanyaya[at]gmail[dot]com (replace [at] with @ and [dot] with .) putting ‘(Contribution)’ in subject line and we will get back to you.

We will issue a separate receipt for payments not done through payment gateway. Please mail us all transaction details at sewanyaya[at]gmail[dot]com (replace [at] with @ and [dot] with .) with Subject: ‘(Contribution)’. This takes around 2 weeks.

A: Yes, all donations are eligible for 80G tax benefits for donors as per Companies Act, 2013. And all donations are tax-exempt for company as per Section 12A of IT Act. 

A: We accept payments only from Indian citizens through Indian payment mechanisms. We do not take foreign payments.
