About Project Samvidhan
Article 341 of the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950, states that no one who professes a religion different from Hindu, Sikh or Buddhist religion shall be deemed to be a member of a Scheduled Caste.
Project Samvidhan is our Yajna to terminate every fraudulent SC certificate and restore the Constitutional provisions to their rightful beneficiaries.
Why It Is Critical
Across Bharat, thousands of converts to Christianity and Islam continue to illegally grab SC benefits in jobs, education and elections, hijacking the rights meant for genuine Dalits.
This is Constitutional fraud. It is also an enabler of illegal conversions.
Every fake certificate cancelled is a victory for the Constitution and for Bharat’s civilisational backbone.
What We Do
• Expose and Document: We are mapping hundreds of fake SC certificates used by converts across states.
• Legal Strike Force: Complaints filed with NHRC, SC Commissions, and courts – with multiple probes already underway.
• Administrative Pressure: Verified dossiers sent to DMs, SPs, and Election Commissions demanding immediate cancellation.
• Capacity Network: Journalists, lawyers, and activists trained by us to replicate the model across districts.
