Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation has extended medical and financial support to Anju Gabel, a grassroots social worker from Chhattisgarh, following an injury sustained during a community empowerment programme.

Gabel suffered a fracture after falling from the stage while coordinating activities at a public awareness event. The injury required medical consultation, treatment, medication, and structured follow-up care.

Recognising her consistent field engagement among tribal and backward communities, where she supports families in accessing dignity, justice, and social security entitlements, the Foundation committed to covering her treatment and recovery-related expenses.

Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation believes that individuals working at the last mile of justice and community empowerment must receive institutional backing in times of crisis. The support aims to ensure her full recovery and early return to fieldwork.

The Foundation extends its best wishes for her swift and complete recovery.
