As part of its commitment to community dignity and Dalit welfare, Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation extended a financial support towards the installation of a sacred vigraha at the Sri Venkatlakshmi Ammavaru Temple in Andhra Pradesh.
The temple is managed by members of the Dalit community and serves as an important spiritual and cultural centre for the local Dalit basti. Located at the foot of the famous Birla Mandir in Hyderabad, the temple holds deep significance for the community and stands as a symbol of faith, belonging and social assertion.
Local community members and coordinators expressed gratitude for this contribution, noting its importance for the temple and the wider basti.
Through such interventions, SNU continues to support not only material needs but also the cultural and community life of underserved sections with dignity and respect.
