Third-Party Collaborative Fund-Raising:
For campaigns conducted in collaboration with external individuals, groups, or partner entities, Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation (SNU) ordinarily retains 25% of the total amount collected toward administration and management costs, audit and statutory compliance, platform and payment processing fees, risk reserves, and SNU-managed charitable initiatives.
This percentage may, at SNU’s sole discretion, be varied for specific campaigns based on operational realities, legal requirements, or sustainability considerations, and does not require prior approval from collaborators or donors.
The remaining funds shall be applied toward the stated campaign purpose, subject to SNU’s dynamic allocation policy, lawful objects, and evolving on-ground circumstances during implementation.
All contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.
SNU retains final discretion over utilisation or reallocation of funds within its lawful objectives in the event of unforeseen circumstances, impracticality, or higher public priority.
Note: The retained portion enables SNU to sustain transparent operations, maintain strict compliance, build risk buffers, and continue long-term charitable work – ensuring that collaborative campaigns remain ethical, efficient, and impactful in the larger interest of public good.
