Sewa Nyaya Utthan provided a dedicated four-wheeler to support field-based legal aid and civic litigation work carried out by Save India Foundation across Delhi and the National Capital Region.
The intervention addressed a recurring operational requirement linked to court hearings, site inspections and administrative follow-ups associated with ongoing legal proceedings.
Save India Foundation, founded by activist Preet Singh sirohi, is engaged in sustained civic litigation concerning unlawful encroachments on public land, including parks, footpaths, and areas reserved for essential public infrastructure such as schools and hospitals.
These cases require presence on the ground across different stages of litigation, from preliminary documentation to monitoring compliance with court directions.
This intervention reflects a capacity-building approach of Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation.
Your support enables us to sustain such timely legal, civic, and humanitarian interventions.
