Sewa Nyaya Utthan (SNU) reports on a forced conversion inquiry in Banswara, an intervention in a Delhi Anganwadi, a Bal Sanskar workshop, and martial arts training for refugee children.

New Delhi: Sewa Nyaya Utthan (SNU) published its Daily Impact Bulletin for 8 October 2026, highlighting recent interventions, educational workshops, and self-defence training for vulnerable children.
Our team filed a complaint regarding a tribal youth in Banswara, Rajasthan, who alleged that he was offered inducements to convert at a “Youth Festival” and was assaulted with casteist abuse when he refused. In response, the Superintendent of Police and District Magistrate of Banswara ordered an inquiry and the submission of an Action Taken Report within two weeks.
We legally intervened after a government-run Anganwadi centre in South Delhi’s Adivasi Camp was reportedly used for faith-healing prayer meetings linked to religious conversion. The centre is meant for children’s nutrition and early education. We demanded an immediate administrative and police inquiry, along with action against the officials and organisers responsible. We held a Bal Sanskar workshop for children in Delhi, teaching them the Gayatri Mantra and discipline, while encouraging them to avoid junk food and junk entertainment.
We run a Martial Arts centre in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, that trains Pakistani Hindu refugee and underprivileged children in martial arts and self-defence. We teach 150 children in three batches, free of cost, daily.
