Sewa Nyaya Utthan (SNU) secured notices from the National Green Tribunal regarding a 2.55 lakh sq feet land grab in Mustafabad, Delhi, and the Human Rights Commission issued notices in four grave cases across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Telangana.

New Delhi: Sewa Nyaya Utthan (SNU), a CSR-eligible, Section 8 NGO founded by @swati_gs and @SanjeevSanskrit, published its Daily Impact Bulletin on 6 October 2026, highlighting successful petitions to the National Green Tribunal (NGT) and the Human Rights Commission (HRC) regarding critical environmental and human rights violations across India.
Our team researched and petitioned the National Green Tribunal to remove encroachment over 2.55 lakh sq feet of Delhi government-owned water body land in Mustafabad, Delhi. Following a hearing on 6 October 2026, notices were issued to the Dargah, Idgah, Karbala and Qabristan committees, as well as to several Delhi government departments. This project is executed by Save India Foundation and backed by us.
On our representations, the Human Rights Commission issued notices in four grave cases across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Telangana:
