Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation's Daily Impact Bulletin for 26 October 2026 covers legal interventions, animal rehabilitation, and self-defence training.

New Delhi: Sewa Nyaya Utthan (SNU), a CSR-eligible, Section 8 NGO founded by @swati_gs and @SanjeevSanskrit, published its Daily Impact Bulletin on 26 October 2026. The bulletin details our team’s recent legal interventions, rehabilitation efforts under the Jeev Daya initiative, and self-defence training for children.

Intervention: NHRC Notice to UP Education Department

We legally escalated the case of a minor girl from Maharajganj, UP, who was stalked by a young man pressing her to marry him and convert, who then attempted to rape her. We sought an FIR and police protection for her. A notice was issued today to the Superintendent of Police, Maharajganj, to get the matter inquired into. Intervention: Complaint Filed for 6-Year-Old Burned on Hot Pan

We legally escalated the case of a 6-year-old child from Aligarh, UP, who was forced to sit on a burning, heated pan by a local shopkeeper after he repeated his order for milk. The child suffered severe burns. We filed a complaint demanding the arrest of the accused, action under child protection law, specialised burn treatment for the child, and rehabilitation assistance for his family.

Intervention: Complaint for Action Filed in Interfaith Couple’s Deaths

We legally escalated the case of a young man and woman from Jamtara, Jharkhand, found dead on railway tracks after a local panchayat imposed heavy penalties on the man’s family, and she was forced into a child marriage to sever their ties. We filed a complaint demanding a time-bound, independent investigation into whether the deaths were abetment to suicide or homicide, penal action against the panchayat members, proceedings under child marriage law, and protection for the surviving family members.

Rehabilitation: Gaumata Rescued and Taken for Treatment

Under our Jeev Daya initiative with Sudarshan Vahini, our team reached a gaumata left suffering with a severe leg injury after a road accident in Delhi. We took her safely by ambulance to Krishna Gaushala, Kanjhawala, for treatment. Details: https://x.com/sewanyaya/status/2114705726300160109
