After we learnt about the incident, we counselled the victim, enabled her to file an FIR in Delhi and then enabled her to fight a petition in court. NCSC took formal cognisance of our complaint about the mass gathering at Hyatt Centric hotel in West Delhi on Sunday and sought a comprehensive Action Taken Report within 15 days. Police had claimed that every one of the 500 attendees was a practising Christian, and so we demanded ID verification of all of them.
