About Project Bhoomi
A nationwide legal and civic initiative to support efforts to reclaim Bharat’s public land.
Bharat’s land is not for capture. It will be reclaimed, inch by inch, by law and by resolve.
We support legal, data-backed, Constitutionally anchored interventions to remove these encroachments.
Why It Is Critical
Encroachments, especially communal encroachment, are not mere violations of civic order but also tactical assaults on Bharat’s sovereignty and civilisational identity.
Seizing of public land in the guise of religion mirrors, in both mindset and method, historical invasions that subjugated our people and ultimately fractured the nation to create a hostile neighbour that remains a persistent security threat.
These structures:
• derail civic development
• weaken the writ of the State, paralyzing police and civil administration through fear of backlash, and exploited by hostile groups and foreign-funded lobbies to trigger anti-India propaganda and international defamation.
• Most importantly, they send the message that religious identity can override Constitutional authority – a dangerous precedent for any democracy.
What Your Support
Will Do
Your support will fund:
• Mapping encroachments using official land records and other means of data.
• Filing strategic PILs, RTIs and legal interventions to secure clear, enforceable orders for removal of encroachments.
• Assisting authorities in enabling lawful reclamation with verified inputs and useful recommendations.
• Engaging media responsibly to prevent misinformation or communal framing.
• Training activists and citizens on how to identify, document and report illegal encroachments.
Vision
Zero tolerance for communal encroachments. To reclaim every inch of public land illegally occupied in the name of prayer centre, communal gathering, sacred graveyard or burial ground and restore it for public use like schools, hospitals, roads and parks.
