𝟏. 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗽𝘂𝗿

We legally escalated a faith-healing gathering of 100 to 150 villagers, mainly women and economically vulnerable persons, in Narwari village of Sultanpur, UP, where police registered a case of unlawful conversion, and sought a probe into the network behind it, its funding and protection for the villagers. Notices were issued to the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur, directing an inquiry and an Action Taken Report within two weeks.

𝟐. 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗽𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿

We legally escalated the matter of an assistant professor at a law school in Nagpur, Maharashtra, accused of sending explicit messages to female Hindu students and coercing them towards religious practices and conversion. We trained Pakistani Hindu refugee and underprivileged children in self-defence and martial arts at our full-time Jodhpur centre, where over 150 children are enrolled.
